The PRECISE SPRAYER CONTROLLER is the most accurate system developed for an orchard sprayer. You have the ability to adjust the GPA on every level individually. This gives an advantage to tree row volume. You have the ability to go as LOW as 2 GPA per level and as HIGH as 25 GPA per level. That is 100 GPA in a 12-foot row at 5 MPH. All of this is adjustable at your fingertips along with the ability to turn on and off each atomizer/nozzle. The controller can be put on almost all manufacture sprayers and can control up to 12 heads or zones. The system uses flow meters that can have no moving parts and no magnets that can be contaminated and cause inaccuracy. The system is a CAN-based (controller area network) which means it is constantly updating the output 5 times a second to match the inputted data of row spacing, MPH, and GPA. Spray data that is available is real-time live gallons per minute, distance traveled, acres covered, gallons sprayed.
